The deadline for picking up prizes is 60 calendar days for Mexican lotteries. This starts from the day after the contest or raffle is held, as the case may be. Upon expiration of this deadline, the right to collect the reward will expire and the final destination will be added to the whole concentrated in the Federation Treasury for the benefit of Public Assistance. All prizes will be paid out in the national currency and according to the conditions stated on the back of the ticket, as well as the regulations of the draw or contest in question. Prospects will retain the corresponding tax in accordance with the provisions of Article 163 of the Income Tax Act.
